Waitlist privacy notice
This notice explains what we do with the information you give us when you join the usdtap waitlist. It covers the waitlist only: when the global account launches, it will have its own terms and privacy policy.
Last updated October 2026.
What we collect
- What you tell us: your name, e-mail, the country where you live and, if you like, what interests you most.
- Your consent: that you agreed to receive the launch notice, with the date and time, and the language of the page.
- Where you came from: the campaign or website that brought you here (the utm parameters in the address), when there is one.
- Technical data against abuse: such as your IP address and how long the form took to fill in, used only to block bots and mass sign-ups.
What we use it for
To confirm your e-mail and send you the usdtap launch notice and news about its arrival in your country. Your country and interests help us decide where to start. We don't sell your data and we don't use the waitlist for anything else.
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers we need for this, such as our e-mail delivery service and hosting, which process the data on our behalf. We may have to share data if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
For as long as the waitlist exists or until you leave it, whichever comes first. If you don't confirm your e-mail, the request is deleted after a while.
How to leave and ask for your data
Every waitlist e-mail has a link to leave, in one click. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, by writing to us.
